Who are Pathfinder North East?

Pathfinder North East was established in 2016 by Gill Barrett, who has over 20 years experience in Corporate business, coaching and mentoring diverse individuals and teams of all ages and experiences. As a full-time, working Mum, Gill recognised the challenges that young people face when looking for work, and wanted to use her experience to help bridge the gap between education and work. She often refers to herself as the glue between education and the world of work.
